Since I started working with Paula, I have gained new knowledge and a different perspective on my past experiences, which has given me greater clarity and helped me see a better path forward. Her guidance and therapeutic support have not only helped me begin healing from past traumas, but have also guided me toward making more intentional decisions about my future and my life. Through this healing process, I have learned that challenges and setbacks can be opportunities to learn, adapt, and grow.
